Sefton Physie is proudly affiliated with BJP physical culture curriculum, which combines all aspects of dance (jazz, ballet, aerobics, hip hop) into just ONE class.

Our club aims to empower all girls and women each and every week with confidence and strength. Girls of all ages have the ability to strive for success in both individual and team competitions throughout the year, and to build friendships along the way.
